The term 'E-Democracy' was coined to describe a new era in participatory democracy that sees improved participation in democracy through the use of information technology.
The potential of using the Internet as an educational tool, disseminate information around election campaigns, policies, and legal and administrative amendments is unlimited.

With Internet the Civil society, political parties, journalists, researchers and others can reach the most current and extensive information and create unique networks world wide for quick respons and know how.
Here you can also find a digital archive - your own library and resource center on democracy and a link archive guiding you further out in the cyberworld on the topic of democracy.
